Why we 3D print our products

With 3D print you can make products with much less use of material than traditional manufacturing processes.
It’s very energy efficient and can be done purly with green energy.
We can make very simple — yet advanced — designs that are not possible with injection moulding.
When we get new ideas on how to improve a product, we can implement them from day to day and ship them to customers within weeks.

How fast do you ship

We usually ship the day after the order is placed.
The actual transportation time inside the EU typically takes 2-4 days.
Outside the EU, 5-7 days.
Do you make custom editions

We do make custom products on request.
If you have a special request, let us know at hey@tons.bike, and we will take it from there.
Where is Tons based

We're based Aarhus, Denmark.
And all products are 100% manufactured in Denmark.
... well, besides some small anti glide rubber pads from 3M on some of the products. We are working on replacing these.
